When ordering, please specify if you prefer a light, medium, or dark roast.
Once the order is received, your coffee will be roasted promptly and shipped. The beans will reach you at their absolute peak of freshness. Once opened, the coffee beans should be stored in an air-tight dark container. Coffee placed in a refrigerator or freezer will dry out. The coffee will arrive in a bag with a CO2 exhaust valve with a tin tie. Also note that this product is certified Kosher and Kosher for Passover under strict Rabbinical supervision.
